Line Expansion: High Liner Foods Incorporated adds White Wine & Herb Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi to its High Liner Sea Cuisine™

High Liner Foods (USA), Inc.,, a North American processor and marketer of seafood, today announced the addition of two new sauced shrimp products to its High Liner Sea Cuisine™ line of prepared frozen seafood entrées, now available at many retail grocery stores.

The two new entrees announced include:

     White Wine & Herb Shrimp 

- Large shrimp in a white wine sauce with herbs and a hint of sherry;

- QUICKSTEAM™ microwave technology

     Shrimp Scampi

- Large Shrimp in a flavorful butter and garlic scampi sauce;

- QUICKSTEAM™ microwave technology

Introduced in late 2008, Sea Cuisine’s retail line is comprised of 14 encrusted and sauced entrées, including five tilapia, three salmon, two cod and four shrimp dishes.

Chef Owen Tilley, Sea Cuisine’s executive chef and director of culinary, provides his culinary expertise to create the innovative and flavorful recipes behind each variety of Sea Cuisine.
