Blogging: Nestle launches new panettone cans to celebrate the golden jubilee of Brazilian most popular singer (Brazil)

 

November 27 2009 - Millions of fans of  Roberto Carlos can celebrate Christmas early this year.

Nestlé launches a limited edition of panettone in partnership with the greatest icon of Brazilian popular music, in honor of the 50 years of music of "The King". This is the first time that the singer authorizes the use of his image on a product outside  the music industry.

The novelty  comes in two special cans. The colors and motifs  were personally chosen by the singer - blue, gold and white as well as  icons of his career and his work  like roses, hearts, and the lyrics of one of his most popular songs "How great is my love for you" are printed. The lid is of gold color, a clear reference to the Brazilian artist who sold more records worldwide.

For Nestlé's CEO, Ivan F. Zurita, "This is a great achievement for Nestlé: developing a high quality product and associate it with the name of the greatest  national singer of all time. We are very happy with this.

Ideal gift for friends and family at Christmas, the anniversary edition Panettone Nestlé 50 years of Roberto Carlo' music  arrives in its traditional version - raisins and candied fruit, with 750g - and will be available in all retail outlets nationwide. The average suggested price is $ 35.00.
