Judges Bakery
Three years ago, Craig Sams and Josephine Fairley - who co-founded Green & Black’s - bought their neighbourhood bakery on the High Street in Hastings and worked (with master baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou (who’s won a string of awards himself) to take the traditional bakery range organic and to add in many new artisan creations. Since then, Judges has featured in YOU, The Guardian Weekend Magazine, Coast, The Daily Telegraph and recently featured in Vogue’s Secret Address Book.
In September, Judges Bakery’s amazing macaroon won the Cakes, Pastries, Biscuits & Confectionery category of the Soil Association Organic Food Awards, and the range has scooped a trio of Great Taste Awards, too.
