World Bank has approved US$150 million IDA credit for Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP) in five Nigerian states, namely, Cross River, Enugu, Lagos, Kaduna and Kano.
A statement issued yesterday by the Bank’s head of media in Abuja, Mr. Obadiah Tohomdet, said that the project is to strengthen agricultural production systems and facilitate access to markets for targeted value chains among small and medium scale commercial farmers in the five participating states in the country.
